The 3-monatige Sadhaka program includes:
1-o daily 2 Yoga hours
o daily 2 x satsang (meditation, mantra singing, reading, Arati)
o daily participation in lectures
o daily 4 1 / 2 hours Karma Yoga / help
o individual support and consultation by an experienced employee/yoga teacher of the House once a week
